Music:
Colorful porcelain with rich, strong flavor that is not overly hot.
Chesnok Red:
(Standard Purple Stripe) It’s said this is one of the best cooking garlics. It holds it shape and retains flavor well when cooked. It has large easy to peel cloves. Roasted garlic has a creamy texture and offers a distinctive, lingering taste for the garlic connoisseur. Average about 8 cloves per bulb.
Metechi:
(Marbled Purple Stripe) The plants are more upright and broader leafed than others and has large bulbil capsule and bulbils. The bulbs are nicely colored and very firm. Cloves are few, but large and fat with blushed and lined skins that are thick. Long storing. Raw it tastes fiery but with a nice finish. Average 6 cloves per bulb.
German Porcelain:
Very strong and robust flavor, sticks around for a long time. Stores about 10 months.
